We are looking for a part time General Assistant to join our dynamic and creative team at our store in Żabbar Road, Paola.  This is a temporary seasonal role from September to December.

Your main duties will include: 

• Retail sales
• Greeting and assisting customers and visitors
• Cash handling and processing payments
• Answering the telephone and dealing with customer queries
• General administrative and operational duties

• Be energetic, flexible and proactive, and able to work mornings, evenings and weekends
• Be passionate about providing excellent service to all customers
• Be friendly and professional at all times
• Be trustworthy and punctual
• Be an ambassador for the brand, with an artistic flair
• Be a competent computer user
• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese

Ideally, you will have previous experience of:

• Working in retail sales, ideally in the same or a similar sector
• Working in a demanding customer-driven environment
• Assisting with floral arrangements and displays and/or decorating client venues
