We’re on the lookout for a Part-Time General Assistant to join our vibrant, creative team at our store in Żabbar Road, Paola.

If you have a love for flowers, a flair for creativity, and a passion for making people smile, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Providing exceptional retail sales service and carrying out general duties

• Assisting customers with their floral needs and gift selections

• Handling cash and processing payments accurately

• Answering calls and managing customer queries with warmth and professionalism

• Supporting administrative and operational tasks to keep our shop blooming

  
  

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is self-motivated, energetic, flexible, and proactive (and can work flexible hours)

• Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service

• Has artistic flair and loves being a true ambassador for the Flower Arts brand

• Is computer literate

• Speaks fluent Maltese and English

• Holds a valid EU work permit

  
  

 It’s a Bonus If You Have:

• Previous retail sales experience, ideally in flowers, gifts, or a similar sector

• Experience working in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment

• Skills in floral arrangements, decorative displays, or event venue décor
